Ledger

Your day, on one page.

Habits, tasks, a journal and moods, kept together for each day. Ledger reports what happened and never grades it. When a habit sticks, it graduates.

Thursday’s page

Try it: tick a line, add water, or say how you feel. Nothing you do here leaves this page.

Write it down when the day ends.

At the end of each day, Ledger’s day review asks how it went: your mood, what you did, a few lines in your own words, and what’s next. What you write goes into the Journal, alongside photos, voice notes and drawings.

The Journal locks with Face ID, and brings in entries from Day One and Apple Journal.

It reports. It never grades.

Ledger shows what happened, plainly: 4 of 5 this week, 18 of 30 this month. No scores, no counters to protect, no red marks for a day off. A day with nothing marked is just a day.

Insights points out patterns as they appear, worked out on your device.

When a habit sticks, it graduates.

Write a habit the way you’d say it, “run three times a week”, and Ledger sets it up. There are four kinds: Do it, Reach it, Show up and Avoid it.

Once a habit has held for a while, Ledger offers to graduate it. It leaves your page, its history stays, and there’s room for the next one.

Health fills in what it can.

Connect Apple Health and Ledger marks habits for you: steps, workouts, water, sleep and mindful minutes. Calendar events sit on the same page, so the whole day is in one place.
